Allergies

At Hythe Brasserie, we take dietary requirements very seriously. From full blown allergies and intolerances, to preferred eating styles, we will do our upmost to cater for all. Having studied dietetics, Chef Darragh prepares dishes to the same high standard as the main menu.

Most of our menu items are gluten free or adaptable, there are dairy free options, and many more. Front of house staff receive full menu training, and can reliably inform you about menu ingredients.
